Shipping Policy

National Shipping: Within The Republic of South Africa 

We will deliver as per section 46 of the Electronics Communications and Transactions Act. 2002.

Please ensure that you are present at the delivery address you specified to receive your goods and in the instance you are unavailable to, please make the necessary arrangements to ensure delivery can be completed. Please also note that we will not deliver to a PO Box.

Delivery is free for all orders over the value of R 1500.00 and any orders below this threshold will incur a shipping rate to be calculated at checkout. Free Shipping is only available to delivery addresses within South Africa.

We aim to have your goods delivered within 5-7 working days but please also note that in unforeseen circumstances delays may be caused. Should a known delay occur, we’ll be in contact throughout the process and deliver goods as soon as is reasonably possible.

Once your order has been dispatched you’ll receive via email a tracking number and url where you can view the status of your delivery. To ensure satisfaction please ensure you provide us with the correct contact details and add us to your trusted senders so you can receive communication from us. Invoices will be sent to you electronically.
